Dubai Strawberry Yogurt Bites

Chop the kataifi into small pieces. Add the butter to a pan on medium heat and toast the kataifi until golden brown and crispy. Set aside until cooled. Mix the kataifi, chopped pistachios, pistachio butter, and tahini until all the ingredients are incorporated well. Then, add the yogurt and fold it in. In a sheet pan with parchment paper, form circle flats of the mix about 3 inches in size and add diced strawberries on top of each, put them in the freezer for one hour. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water or in the microwave for rounds of 20 seconds and mix every time until fully melted. Dip the frozen bites in the chocolate and coat them all around. Eat them right away or save them in the freezer.
