The Big Mac is my favorite burger from McDonald’s, probably the only one I eat from there, and marrying this burger with the Flautas (Mexican dish), ended up in a very happy and successful marriage!
Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste, add half of the chopped onion, and cook it in a pan on medium heat; wait until the liquid dries up, and if your meat has some fat on it, move the meat to one side of the pan and tilt it to bring all the fat to the other side, add a few paper towels and to absorb the excess of fat, this step will prevent the oil from splatter while frying the flautas. Remove from the heat, and while still hot, add the cheese and mix until everything is well incorporated. In a griddle on medium heat, warm up the tortillas on both sides for easier rolling; they may break if you roll them cold. Add some meat in the center of the tortilla and start rolling, bringing the meat to one of the edges and rolling them tight, securing it with a toothpick. Fry them in low to medium heat until golden brown. To make the dressing dissolve the sugar in the vinegar and then mix it with the mayo, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Serve them and top them with dressing, lettuce, chopped onions, and pickles.
