Charro Beans

Cut the bacon into small pieces, add it to a pot on medium heat, and cook it until it has released the fat and is slightly brown; add the chorizo and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the onion and cook until transparent, add the jalapeño and tomato, and cook it until they wilt; add the sausage and the beans, if canned, with the liquid, and if fresh cooked, add 2 cups of the liquid; then add the water and the chicken bouillon, season with salt and black pepper to taste, add the cilantro and once it boils until foam forms on the surface, turn it off, and they are done.
